Everyone belongs because everyone is loved.
We know everyone would love to be part of a family where they are known, loved, and accepted. A family where they can find connection and purpose. Heartlands Church is devoted to providing that type of family to our city. We invite you to join us! We are Rooted in the identity of Jesus as loved and accepted people. Summer of We
We’ve been focusing on what it means to be a WE community here at Heartlands over the past few months! This summer, we are going to have some fantastic opportunities to do this in our Summer of WE!
Atlas Lunch
We’re prepping for our next meal for Atlas!
We need YOUR HELP providing food for the meal.
Just like what we’ve done before, we have tags available in the welcome center for you to grab to sign up to provide food! All food needs to be brought back to the building by Sunday, July 27th.
Then on the 27th, we’re work together to put the meals together again and hand them out on Monday the 28th from 11am-1pm.
Grab a tag from the welcome center this Sunday and sign up to provide food.
Reach out to Elizabeth (elizabeth@heartlandschurh.org)
or Edwin (edwin@heartlandschurch.org) if you have any questions!
Popsicles In The Park
We had a great time again this past Wednesday at Popsicles in the Park!!
This year, we’re incorporating Popsicles in the Park into our Summer of WE!
This is a great opportunity for us to get to know people in the community and be a light here in Lincoln!
Join us this Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm at Trago Park (22nd and U St) for popsicles, laughter, splashing, and community!
We'll continue to meet for Popsicles in the Park on the 23rd, and 30th of July!
Kids Min - Take a Hike
Kids Min! Join us for a fun day of food, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors! We’ll meet at a reserved picnic shelter for lunch at 11:00 AM, where we’ll provide hot dogs, chips, and drinks.
Bring a side dish to share, and enjoy a FUN afternoon in the park with friends! After lunch, we’ll head out for a hike and explore all that Platte River State Park has to offer.
Stay as long as you’d like—we’d love to spend the day with you!

Current Message Series:
The journey to Jerusalem was a long, uphill ascent. Our discipleship reflects this very idea. It is not a transactional moment, but a life-long pilgrimage through the ups and downs of life. It is not a matter of always staying on the “hilltop,” but rather, a call to faithfulness and trust in God through the hills and valleys of our journey.
