Heartlands Youth Ministry (HYM) exists to help middle and high school students (6th–12th) live rooted in Jesus’ love and released to make disciples. Students play a vital role in our community, and we aim to provide opportunities for them to be transformed and to transform others by using their unique gifts, talents, and passions to serve and love.

Sunday Night 24/7
Once a month our teens gather for en evening of connection and growth through games, shared meals, open conversations, and moments or reflection! We strive to create a safe space for teens to grow in their faith!
Wednesday Night D-Teams
D-teams is a weekly space where teens can explore the Bible, ask real questions, and grow together through honest conversation and community!
Service Opportunities
Serving others is the heart of what we do! Whether it's distributing meals, maintaining little free pantries, or city-wide opportunities, our teens live out Christ's love in practical and impactful ways!
Special Events and Connections
In partnership with congregations across the Midwest, Youth Rallies and other special events unite students in a shared mission to grow in faith, build community, and serve.
Discipleship Waterfall
We’re blessed to have a team of people that love to serve our students! Our team provides a loving environment and spiritual support for our students to nurture their relationship with Jesus! They also enjoy spending time mentoring, praying for, and encouraging students throughout the week!
