budget of the church and maturing members of the
body towards financial responsibility. I Peter

- Provide assistance in administering and providing the Shepherds with an accurate budget in a timely manner each year for the Shepherds to approve.
- Develop a short term and long term spending plan.
- Maintain a one month cash reserve for fixed expenses.
- Keep each ministry team informed of their monthly expenditures that also reflects budgeted team expenses.
- Facilitate preparation of church budget.
